These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZV Print website and your purchase of any products or services from ZV Print ("ZV Print", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

Placing an order through our website is an offer by you to purchase the selected products or services, subject to these Terms. An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified by ZV Print; an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message does not itself guarantee that production has begun.

ZV Print reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or delay any order — including an order that has already been confirmed — in circumstances such as: suspected fraudulent or unauthorised payment; unavailability or shortage of the materials required to fulfil the order; or artwork, text, or specifications submitted by the customer that are unclear, incomplete, low resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for production. Where an order is declined or cancelled by us for these reasons, any payment already made will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices for configurable products (such as custom-printed or embroidered items) update automatically as you change options like quantity, material, size, or finishing — the price shown at the point you complete checkout is the price payable for that order.

Payments are processed securely by Fiuu, a licensed third-party payment gateway, which accepts credit/debit card and FPX (online banking). We do not receive or store your full card or banking login details at any point — these are entered directly on Fiuu's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment page. An order is only confirmed once Fiuu has verified your payment; if a payment is declined, cancelled, or not completed, your order remains unpaid and unconfirmed, and no charge is made.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing error displayed on our website, and to update our prices at any time; a price change will not affect an order for which payment has already been received.

Where you submit a logo, design, image, text, or other artwork ("Artwork") for us to print, embroider, or otherwise reproduce, you confirm and warrant that you own the Artwork or hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and reproduce it, and that the Artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights, trademark, or other rights of any third party.

ZV Print acts on your instructions when producing custom items and does not review Artwork for legal ownership or clearance. ZV Print accepts no liability for any claim arising from Artwork you have submitted, and you agree to indemnify ZV Print against any loss, cost, or claim arising from such infringement.

Because custom-configured items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold, you are solely responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, previews, text, spelling, and configuration options before confirming and paying for your order — production begins promptly after payment is received.

Estimated delivery timeframes depend on the type of product ordered: printed products (such as business cards, flyers, and stickers) typically ship within 24–48 hours, with free delivery across most of Malaysia; embroidered items (such as nametags, towels, vest jackets, and keychains) are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 days; sublimation-printed items (such as jerseys, tote bags, and pillows) typically take 7–14 working days, subject to a minimum order of 1 set.

These timeframes are estimates and begin once an order is confirmed and payment is received; they do not include delays caused by circumstances outside ZV Print's reasonable control, such as courier delays, weather, public holidays, or incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. ZV Print will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delay.

Because custom-printed and custom-embroidered items are produced specifically to each customer's specifications, they generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except where the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault or an error made by ZV Print (for example, an item that does not match the confirmed proof or specification).

If you believe an item you received is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the item, so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, offer a reprint, repair, or refund. Requests to cancel an order before production has started may be accommodated at ZV Print's discretion. If your payment did not go through, was declined, or you cancelled it on the payment page, no charge is made and no refund is necessary — you may simply try again at checkout.

All refunds are issued through Fiuu back to the same card or bank account used for the original payment — we cannot refund to a different card, account, or by cash. Once a refund is approved, Fiuu typically completes FPX refunds within 3–7 business days and card refunds within 7–14 business days, though the exact timing after that point depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside ZV Print's control.

Customers who create an account earn loyalty points at a rate of 1 point for every MYR 1 spent, which may be redeemed for a discount at checkout at a rate of 20 points to MYR 1. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts.

Points are tracked and stored locally within your own browser as part of your account activity; clearing your browser data or using a different browser or device may result in loss of accumulated points. ZV Print may, at its discretion, change the earning or redemption rate, introduce expiry rules, or suspend or discontinue the loyalty program at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZV Print's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. ZV Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
