ZV Print ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to sell printing, custom embroidery and sublimation products to customers in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This Policy applies to this website only. By using this website and submitting an order, you agree to the practices described below.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect two distinct categories of information, described below.

We collect this information only when you voluntarily type it into the checkout form to place an order. See Section 3 for how it is used.

Important: this information is saved only in your own browser's local storage, on the device you are using. It is not transmitted to, or stored on, ZV Print's servers — we cannot see it, access it, back it up, or recover it on your behalf. If you clear your browser data, or switch to a different browser or device, this information will be lost and cannot be restored by us.

3. How We Use Checkout Information

We use the information you provide at checkout for one purpose only: to process, prepare and deliver the specific order you placed. This includes packing your order, producing your printed, embroidered or sublimated items, and arranging delivery or courier handover to your delivery address.

We also use your phone number and/or email address to contact you about that specific order — for example, to confirm order details, clarify artwork or specifications, provide delivery updates, or resolve an issue with your order. We do this via WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email.

We do not use your checkout information for unrelated marketing communications, and we do not build a customer profile from it beyond what is needed to fulfil your order.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses your browser's local storage feature — not tracking cookies — to remember your cart, wishlist, loyalty points balance and language preference between visits, so the site works conveniently for you without you having to sign in or re-enter this information every time.

At present, we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this website. Should this change in future, we will update this Policy to reflect it.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any purpose. The checkout information you provide is used only by ZV Print to fulfil your order.

We do not share your information with third-party advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies, as we do not currently use such services on this website.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you provide at checkout, such as limiting who can access order records to staff who need it to fulfil your order. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information you send to us.

7. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the following rights in respect of the personal data you have provided to us:

8. Data Retention

We keep checkout and order information only for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, handle any after-sales questions, complaints or warranty matters, and comply with our legal and accounting record-keeping obligations.

Information stored in your browser's local storage (cart, wishlist, loyalty points, recently viewed items) remains on your device until you clear your browser's storage or it is overwritten by later use. As explained in Section 2, this data is not held on our servers, so we do not control its retention and cannot delete it on your behalf — you can clear it yourself at any time through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for general and business use and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will take steps to remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our website, or applicable legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when this Policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
